These are our standard auction SMITHS AUCTION
terms and conditions, and apply to all personal property and Real Estate. Terms and conditions will sometimes change from auction to auction because of seller wishes.
All sales are final. Everything is sold as is with No Warranty or Guarantee. Seller comments are from sellers and not Smiths Auction. Smiths Auction does not guarantee the accuracy or working condition of speedometers or hour meters. We encourage all bidders to attend our auction previews and inspect items for themselves. You are responsible for inspecting items PRIOR to placing bids. If you do not pay for your items you will be banned from further auctions.
There is a 10% Buyers fee on all Personal Property. Credit and debit cards will be charged an additional 3% convenience fee.
Auctions have a staggered ending. Usually, five items per minute. The time remaining will show under the bid boxes. Auctions also have an auto extend feature. If there is a bid in the final 5 minutes, the auction on that item will extend for 5 minutes. It will extend as many times as needed, to determine the high bidder. You can do your bidding one bid at a time or you can use the Maximum bid box. If you put in a “Max Bid” the system will bid on your behalf up to your maximum bid.
Items may be subject to seller confirmation. Smiths Auction reserves the right to bid on behalf of the seller(s) to reach pre determined reserves. Not all items have reserve selling prices. Reserves are not disclosed.
ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP AND PAID FOR AT AUCTION LOCATION DURING SPECIFIED PICK UP TIMES.

Viewing/Inspection Friday, May 3rd 1:30 - 6pm. Pay and Pick up will be SATURDAY, May 4th 3-6 pm and SUNDAY, May 5th 1-4 pm at 12457 Grindstone Lake Rd., Sandstone, MN
